As we have our own staff to process fresh fish, our large processing and packaging room allows us to competently organise our customer orders and have them dispatched to you as quickly as possible.
Our factory has an environmental system that allows the company to recycle majority of water used to clean the premises, retain rain water effectively, as well as properly dispose of seafood waste.
It is imperative that we adhere strictly to all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point System) procedures and ensure that all staff are trained in food hygiene. Our processing manager, Andrew Sephton, has had extensive experience in the seafood industry. Ranging from processing, filleting, and being a very successful retail manager. Andrew played a major role in securing our HACCP certification and is very up to date with the current guidelines.
